My visit, intended for a simple Rolex sizing, turned into an unnecessarily difficult encounter. While I would give Brandon's customer service 5 Stars, Lisa's was unfortunately a 1. She walked right past us like we didn't exist to help a couple who just walked in, making us feel completely unseen. When she finally engaged, she was dismissive about the sizing help I needed, even though I had called ahead and a coworker confirmed they could assist with a walk-in. Her response was, 'I don’t think we had anyone to help you,' and then she just walked away, leaving us feeling unwelcome. This level of indifference compelled me to leave this review and engage with customer service to highlight the disparity in service.
