I feel compelled to share my recent frustrating experience at Shreve & Co, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. My visit, intended for a simple Rolex sizing, turned into an unnecessarily difficult encounter. While I would give Brandon's customer service 5 Stars, Lisa's was unfortunately a 1. She walked right past us like we didn't exist to help a couple who just walked in, making us feel completely unseen. When she finally engaged, she was dismissive about the sizing help I needed, even though I had called ahead and a coworker confirmed they could assist with a walk-in. Her response was, 'I don’t think we had anyone to help you,' and then she just walked away, leaving us feeling unwelcome. This level of indifference compelled me to leave this review and engage with customer service to highlight the disparity in service.

Customer: Hi, I'm calling about a really disappointing experience I had at your store recently.

CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear that. Could you please tell me more about what happened? We want to understand and help.

Customer: Yes, I came in for a Rolex sizing. I had called ahead, and someone confirmed I could just walk in for the service. But when I got there, a staff member named Lisa completely ignored us, walked past us to help another couple who had just entered. It made us feel invisible.
