Warning: My Worst Shopping Nightmare - Disrespected and Dismissed! 😡
I feel compelled to share my absolutely terrible shopping experience as a warning to others. My recent visit left me utterly appalled. The salesperson was unbelievable rude. I wanted to get a gift for my husband, they didn't have this model and he kept offering me women's Rolex 4 times after I told him multiple times I'm not interested in women's watches. He spoke to me in a degrading way and tried to make me look dumb. He didn't offer me any other options and I guess I wasn't welcome there. Worst experience I ever had!!! Stay away! I was so upset and disrespected that I knew immediately I had to leave a review and speak with someone from customer service about what happened.
Customer: I am calling because I had an absolutely dreadful experience at your store yesterday. The salesperson was incredibly rude and dismissive. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, ma'am. That's certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. Could you please tell me more about what happened? Customer: I was looking for a gift for my husband, and despite telling him I wasn't interested in women's watches, he kept pushing them on me, multiple times! He made me feel stupid and unwelcome. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize for the disrespectful treatment you received. That behaviour is unacceptable, and we take your feedback very seriously. We will certainly look into this immediately. Customer: I just want to be treated with respect, and for future customers not to have to go through what I did. I left feeling completely degraded. CS Rep: You are absolutely right, and we are truly sorry that you were made to feel that way. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it. We will investigate this incident thoroughly and work to ensure our staff provides the highest level of service and respect to everyone.
